The next section about writing ads that get the click is in my eyes probably one of the most important parts an Google-Adwords-Tutorial should have, yet "Google Cash" keeps it very short and also uses great examples throughout the book. 

One problem with Google Adwords is that if you have one little keyword that does not perform well, your whole account gets slowed down before you become aware of and you have to restore it to full delivery again. Three times like this and you pay a reactivation fee of 5$.

After 11 pages of step-by-step "how to setup your Google AdWords campaign" the book finally arrives at what I consider the most valuable part for advanced marketer's: extra tips for maximizing the results of your campaigns and two other great traffic sources.
